Im a John Jay student and got a 3 hour break. Are there any hookah bar near 59th street columbus circle in manhattan? my friends and i would like to go there and hang out. so anything close by?

I heard it was postponing some classes.
Anyways, a few blocks away at the corner of East 60th Street and Second Avenue is a place called Hookah Cafe. It’s close enough for you and your friends to crash during your break.
